Second-largest city in the Republic of Ireland.

Cork is the county town of County Cork.

The community is at the mouth of the River Lee.
The name Cork translates to mean "marshy place."
Also known as Carcaigh, Corcaigh.
The city developed around a monastery established here in the 7th century.
Filming location for:
